Learning Support Assistant

Learning Support Assistant needed for a vibrant primary school in Haringey, supporting pupils in Key Stage 2 with behavioural needs and helping them access the curriculum. The Learning Support Assistant will work 1:1 and in small groups to support pupils' academic and emotional development. The ideal Learning Support Assistant will have experience de-escalating behaviour, building trust, and promoting engagement in learning.

This Learning Support Assistant role would suit someone with a calm and consistent approach, strong behaviour management strategies, and a background working with children with SEMH needs.
