Work 1:1 with pupils as a Learning Support Assistant, offering tailored support
Deliver group interventions as a Learning Support Assistant across EYFS to KS2

Contribute ideas and enthusiasm as a proactive Learning Support Assistant

Requirements - Learning Support Assistant

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, ideally in an SEN capacity
Genuine passion for supporting children's learning as a Learning Support Assistant
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a Learning Support Assistant
Flexible and adaptable approach essential for a successful Learning Support Assistant
