Reeson Education is looking for a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work across inclusive primary schools in Waltham Forest. This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring Learning Support Assistant who wants to make a difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils who have special educational needs (SEN) such as autism (ASD), ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges. The Learning Support Assistant role is ideal for someone patient, proactive, and keen to gain valuable classroom experience.

Learning Support Assistant - Role Details:

Daily rate: 82.14 - 100 (depending on experience)
Flexible working available - choose your days
Immediate start in schools across Walthamstow, Leyton, and Chingford
Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

What We're Looking For in a Learning Support Assistant:

Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or supporting pupils with SEN
A calm, compassionate, and positive attitude
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
