Provide 1:1 support as a Learning Support Assistant for pupils with additional needs
Work with small groups across EYFS to KS2 as a Learning Support Assistant
Support pupils with SEN, helping them access the curriculum as a Learning Support Assistant
Collaborate with teachers and professionals to deliver tailored support as a Learning Support Assistant

Requirements - Learning Support Assistant

Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in an SEN setting
Passion for helping children thrive as a Learning Support Assistant
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills essential for a Learning Support Assistant
Ability to adapt quickly and work flexibly as a Learning Support Assistant
